Joe got a call last week from a couple that had tried to replace their own “piece” of carpet by laying down a square of tackstrip under the carpet:

Joe came in and very carefully removed the tack strip and laid the carpet in the ‘correct’ way using Carpet Repair tools and a lot of training!
When it was all said and done the you couldn’t even tell the carpet had been repaired or even damaged in the first place.
