We got a call from a client whose dog decided (probably while the owner was gone!) to eat a hole through the carpet and the padding approximately 15X7 inches. Nice job doggie:
When these things happen, Joe VH can come out and cut out the piece and replace it with either a piece of carpet you still have saved when you bought/built the house or he goes into the back of a matching carpet closet and cuts the exact piece out and replaces it with a very good match:

We actually got a call back from the owner saying the dog attempted to do the same thing all over again. After a repair, take another rug and cover up the fix until the dog forgets about it. Remember, “you can fake an old dog out but you can’t teach him a new trick”!!!
