Our customers’ dog, who loves going up and down the stairs, decided to stop and take a bite of it! He must have smelled something in the carpet, maybe someone spilled some juice or cereal, and he proceeded to dig to find the goodies!
Joe went out and climbed the stairs and cut out the tear and replaced it so it looked like new:
