We got a call from a homeowner who had new flooring put into his home office and wasn’t sure how to create the proper connection between the wood and the carpet. At the same time their pet had dug a small hole about 3X3″ on the stairs (a very common damage we see in MANY homes!). Here’s what it all looked like before.

Joe and Noah headed out to assess the damage and right away got to work with the “right tools” fixing the hole and making it like new as well as putting the right transition between the wood and the carpet. Both of these fixes will now last for years and the homeowner is very happy!
